Delete your account

Staff users

In the Clientvelle app go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your login and profile are deleted immediately. Messages you sent stay in your business's records, which the business controls.

Business owners

Email support@clientvelle.com from the owner's address to close the workspace. All workspace data is deleted within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

Clients of a business

To stop messages, reply STOP. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact the business directly or email privacy@clientvelle.com with the business name and your phone number or email; we'll pass it on and confirm within 45 days.
