Privacy Policy

Clientvelle is operated by Betancourt Group LLC ("we"). This policy explains how we handle information in the Clientvelle app and website.

Who our customers are

Clientvelle is used by businesses ("Customers") to communicate with their own clients. For client data, the Customer is the controller and we act as its service provider/processor. Where a Customer is a HIPAA covered entity, we handle client data under a Business Associate Agreement.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, work email, role, business name.
• Customer client data: names, phone numbers, emails, appointment times and messages synced from the Customer's systems (e.g. Boulevard) or exchanged in the inbox.
• Billing data for Customers, processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• Basic technical logs for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: showing the inbox and client list, sending messages the Customer configures, review requests, security, support and legally required recordkeeping.

Consumer health data (Washington MHMDA and similar laws)

Some Customers are health or beauty providers. We collect and share consumer health data only as needed to provide the service the consumer requested, with consent where required. Messages sent through Clientvelle never include treatment or service details. Washington consumers may request access or deletion via our deletion page or support@clientvelle.com. Consumer Health Data notice

Categories: appointment dates and service categories kept by the Customer. Sources: the Customer's booking system and you. Purpose: scheduling, reminders and review requests. Shared with: our hosting, SMS and email processors under contract. You may withdraw consent, request access or request deletion at any time.

Text messages

Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Subprocessors

Supabase (database/auth), Cloudflare (hosting), Telnyx or Twilio (SMS), our email provider (Paubox or Amazon SES), Stripe (billing), and Ayrshare (social publishing, only if the Social upgrade is enabled; it receives post captions and media, never client records). Each is bound by contract and, where applicable, a BAA.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while the Customer's account is active and delete it within 30 days of account closure, except where law requires longer retention. Users can delete their account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or at /delete-account.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access control per business, role-based permissions and audit logs.

Children

Clientvelle is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
