Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Clientvelle, provided by Betancourt Group LLC. By creating a workspace or using the app you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

Clientvelle is a CRM and messaging tool for businesses. The iOS app is free to download and requires a business account created on clientvelle.com.

Plans and billing

$149 per location per month after a 14-day free trial, billed in advance by Stripe on clientvelle.com. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. SMS above included volume is billed at cost. The optional Social upgrade is $49 per location per month, billed the same way. You are responsible for having rights and client photo releases for any content you post, and for complying with each social platform's terms. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. No purchases are made in the iOS app.

Your responsibilities

• Obtain all consents required to text and email your clients (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, 10DLC, MHMDA).
• Do not send treatment details, protected health information or prohibited content in messages.
• Keep login credentials secure and give access only to authorized staff.

Your data

You own your client data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Business Associate Agreement.

Acceptable use

No spam, unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages. We may suspend accounts that violate carrier rules or law.

Third-party services

Integrations such as Boulevard, Google and carriers are governed by their own terms. Apple is not responsible for the service or support (Apple standard EULA also applies to the iOS app).

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate for material breach. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
